The short answer
Flowsist is a German inventory and sales platform for luxury watch dealers and jewellers, covering sourcing, stock and storage, listings on Chrono24, eBay, Shopify and other channels, CRM, invoicing and accountant exports. It doesn't list prices on its site as of October 2026. Soda is a trade-only marketplace where verified dealers buy, sell, bid and trade with each other, with inventory, invoices and no commissions.
Key takeaways
- Flowsist is built to run one dealer's stock and push it to retail channels like Chrono24, eBay and Shopify.
- Soda is built around the dealer-to-dealer trade: a marketplace where every member is a verified business.
- On Soda, deals with other dealers are binding: Mark as Sold, offers, trade offers and live auctions.
- Payment details are verified and shown only inside an agreed deal.
- Soda Team can also publish your inventory to your own Shopify store, eBay US and a Chrono24 feed.

A watch business has two kinds of buyers. There are end customers, who find you on Chrono24, eBay or your own website. And there are other dealers, who buy, sell and trade with you every week, usually through phone calls and group chats. Flowsist is built mainly for the first. I built Soda mainly for the second.
My verdict: if your bottleneck is getting stock listed and priced across retail channels, Flowsist is a serious tool to look at. If your bottleneck is the dealer trade, finding stock, moving it to other dealers and getting paid safely, you need a place where the other dealers are. For every option side by side, see our watch dealer platform comparison.
What Flowsist is
Flowsist describes itself as an "inventory and sales platform for luxury watch dealers", covering the workflow from purchasing through to accounting.[1] It was founded in 2021 and is based in Ulm, Germany.[1]
As of October 2026, its site lists:[1]
- Sourcing, including an online form for sellers with digital signature and insured pickup.
- Inventory and storage, with scannable labels that track where each watch is, across safes, shelves and branches.
- Listings and price sync across Chrono24, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, willhaben.at, Wristler, WhatsApp Business, Google Merchant Center and custom feeds, plus a Pricedrop module that lowers prices on long-held stock across connected platforms.
- CRM and customer communication, with AI that drafts listing copy, extracts details from text and suggests replies.
- Invoicing with custom layouts, and a "structured Excel export of purchases and sales" for your accountant.
Pricing: we couldn't find prices on Flowsist's public website as of October 2026.
That's a thorough operations toolkit for running stock and selling it to end customers.
Why I built Soda differently
Before I built Soda, I sold watches for years, and I'm still in many paid dealer groups. The dealer-to-dealer side of the trade has always run on group chats, screenshots and trust that can't be checked. I wanted one place built by dealers for dealers.
So Soda starts there: one marketplace where every member is a verified business, and deals between them have rules. The inventory, invoices and retail publishing sit around that core, so you can run your whole business from one tab.

The other half of the trade
Retail channels put your watch in front of collectors. They don't put you in front of the dealer two states away who has exactly the reference your client wants, at a trade price.
On Soda, every verified dealer's public listings and auctions are in one marketplace. Your listing goes live instantly, in front of verified dealers only. One search bar understands references typed any way, dealer nicknames and small typos, and covers dealers, accessories and your own records too. Contact details stay private and conversations stay in the app, with the watch attached.
Deals between dealers need rules
Selling to another dealer usually happens in a chat, where "SOLD" isn't binding and anyone can walk away.
On Soda, a buyer taps Mark as Sold to commit at the listed price, and the first confirmed buyer wins, with a backup queue. Offers are binding for 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days. Trade offers can put watches on both sides with cash either way. Live auctions have verified, real-name bidders, max bids, tiered increments and a 60-second soft close, with no deposits. Backing out earns a strike that other dealers can see.
Sourcing from the trade, not just from private sellers
Flowsist's purchase form helps you buy from private sellers.[1] Soda helps you source from other dealers. Post a Looking For request with the set, condition, card year and budget, and you're alerted in the app and by email the moment a verified dealer lists a match. If a watch in your own inventory matches someone else's request, you see that too.
Getting paid safely
Once a dealer deal is agreed on Soda, both sides see each other's secure, verified payment details on the deal page and nowhere else. Any change must be confirmed by the owner by email or text, and counterparties are notified. Shipping terms are confirmed by both sides, with tracking and packing photos or video kept on the deal. We never touch your money, and there are no commissions on your trades.
Inventory, invoices and retail channels too
Soda isn't only a marketplace. The inventory manager keeps cost and margin private to your company, with bulk actions, private stock and CSV or Excel export. Invoices come from a deal in about 5 seconds. On the Team plan, one inventory can publish to your own Shopify store, eBay US and a Chrono24 feed, with separate wholesale and end-user prices; the Chrono24 feed is imported once a day. For the basics of keeping stock under control, see watch dealer inventory management.
Who Soda is for
Soda is trade-only. It's for registered watch businesses that trade with other dealers and are willing to be verified by our team. Solo suits a one-person business; Team adds employee seats, each with their own login and ID check, plus retail channel publishing. Both plans have the same trading features. If you never sell to other dealers, a retail-focused tool may be all you need.
The bottom line
Flowsist is built to run your stock and sell it across retail channels. Soda is built for the dealer-to-dealer trade: a marketplace of verified businesses, binding deals, live auctions, Looking For, verified payment details, inventory and invoices, with no commissions. See every row on how we compare.
