What does “GRNR” mean?

Grey/black bezel.

GRNR, explained

GRNR is the Rolex suffix for a grey and black bezel, from the French 'gris noir'. It was introduced in 2024 on the steel GMT-Master II 126710GRNR, which pairs a grey and black Cerachrom bezel with a green GMT hand. Collectors quickly gave it nicknames, the most common being 'Bruce Wayne'.

As a recent reference, the 126710GRNR mostly trades new or nearly new, so the main value points are the card date, whether it is unworn with its stickers, the bracelet and the completeness of the set. The grey and black bezel can look quite different depending on the light, from almost silver to dark, so sellers should provide clear photos in natural light. In quick messages the GRNR is easily confused with the BLNR, which has blue in place of grey, so make sure both sides are talking about the same watch.

Example: '126710GRNR, 2025 card, unworn, stickers on, full set.'
