My short verdict: Elefta is one of the few dealer tools that pairs back-office software with a marketplace where dealers can source and sell. So the question isn't whether dealers can find each other on it. It's how a deal gets made once they do. Soda is built around that moment: the commitment, the payment details, the record and the reputation that follows every dealer.
I respect what the Elefta team has built, and I'll stick to what its own public pages say as of October 2026, cited throughout. For the wider landscape, see how watch dealer platforms compare.
What Elefta is
Elefta describes itself as an "all-in-one platform for the luxury trade". Its features page lists inventory management with custom dashboards, memos and invoices, a mobile app with QR scanning, "Reference Autofill", "AI-Built Titles & Descriptions", CRM to keep client details and notes in one place, dealer messaging with real-time chat, and a B2B marketplace with "Verified Dealers Only" access and a concierge service for closing deals.[2] Its App Store listing describes a "dedicated B2B marketplace" for sourcing and selling within a professional network.[4]
Elefta's integrations page lists connections including Chrono24, eBay, Shopify, Bezel, QuickBooks, DocuSign, WhatsApp and Telegram.[3]
Pricing, as listed on their site in October 2026: Marketplace Access at $99 a month and Full Platform at $149 a month, both billed annually, with a 30-day free trial. The Marketplace Access plan lists "Unlimited Inquires" and a "Concierge Service"; Full Platform adds inventory, unlimited memos and invoices, and sourcing and selling through the marketplace.[1]
Why I built Soda differently
I sold watches for years before building Soda, and I'm still in many paid dealer groups. In this trade, finding the watch is rarely the hardest part. The hard part comes after: who's actually committed, what happens if they back out, whether the bank details are real, and whether anyone will remember how this dealer behaved last time.
So I built the deal, not just the meeting point. On Soda, the commitment is a button, the payment details are verified, and the track record is on every profile.

Inquiries vs commitments
Elefta's marketplace plan is described in terms of inquiries and a concierge service.[1] That's one way to run a B2B marketplace. Ours is built so the commitment itself happens in the product.
A buyer taps Mark as Sold to commit at the listed price. The first confirmed buyer wins, enforced by the system, and the seller confirms within 24 hours, with a backup queue if the first buyer falls through. Prefer to negotiate? Binding offers run for 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days. Want to swap? Trade offers carry items on both sides and cash either way, and cash moves before shipping. Every one of these becomes a deal page with a timeline.
A track record that follows every dealer
Verification tells you who someone is. It doesn't tell you how they deal. On Soda, every profile shows the verification date, completed deals, completion rate, ratings, vouches, reliability and strikes. A dealer who backs out of a binding deal gets a strike, and repeat strikes lead to a pause or suspension. Disputes go to our staff disputes centre. And our team doesn't trade on Soda, so nobody running the platform is competing with you for the watch.
Auctions and Looking For, built for the trade
Two things dealers do every week are built into Soda as their own tools.
Live auctions. Every bidder is a verified dealer bidding under their real name. Max bids, tiered increments and a 60-second soft close keep sniping from setting the price. Bids are binding and there are no deposits.
Looking For. Post what you need, down to the set, condition, card year and budget, and Looking For alerts you in the app and by email the moment a match is listed. Sellers see matching requests against their own inventory, so the right watch finds the right buyer.
Pricing data from real deals
Our price history comes only from deals completed on Soda and asking prices on the platform, with no third-party data. Look up any reference and see the count of sales, median, average, low, high and a chart before you buy or list. For how dealers use comps, see how to price a luxury watch for resale.
Who Soda is for
Soda is trade-only, for verified watch businesses that trade with other dealers and want those deals binding, recorded and safer. Our two plans have the same features; Team adds employee seats. Solo is $800 USD a year and Team is $1,500 USD a year, with no commissions and no initiation fee. Monthly options are on pricing. The back office is included too: an inventory manager with private cost and margin, invoices in 5 seconds, and on the Team plan, publishing to your own Shopify store, eBay US and a Chrono24 feed.
The bottom line
Elefta combines dealer software with a B2B marketplace built around inquiries and concierge support. Soda is built around the deal: Mark as Sold, binding offers, trade offers, live auctions, Looking For, verified payment details inside every deal, and a visible track record for every dealer.
Make every deal count
I built Soda for the people who actually do this work, so every deal is binding and every dealer's record is visible. See how we compare, see all features, then apply for access or book a demo.
