About the collection
Historiques is Vacheron Constantin's collection of reissues based on its own archive. It includes the American 1921, a cushion case with the dial turned at an angle so it could be read while driving, the Cornes de Vache 1955 chronograph with its cow-horn lugs, and the 222, the integrated-bracelet sports watch of 1977 reissued in yellow gold in 2022 and later in steel.
The catalog lists references such as the 4200H 222 models and the 5000H Cornes de Vache, in steel, gold and platinum, with calibers such as the 1142 and 4400. Dealers identify the model and metal from the reference and check that limited pieces carry their number.
