About the Advisor family

The Advisor was introduced in 1957 as Tudor's mechanical alarm watch. A second crown sets and winds the alarm, and an indicator on the dial shows whether it is on.

The catalog holds ref. 7926, which uses the A. Schild 1475 alarm caliber. Tudor later revived the idea in its Heritage range. On the vintage model, dealers check that the alarm works, that the dial is original and that the case has not been heavily polished.
