About the RM 016 family
The RM 016 of 2007 was Richard Mille's first rectangular watch, a thin automatic with a flatter case than the brand's tonneau models. The RM 16-01 followed in colourful versions named after sweets, such as Citron, Fraise and Réglisse.
In January 2025 the brand introduced the RM 16-02 Automatic Extraflat, with the in-house CRMA9 caliber and cases in titanium and Terracotta Quartz TPT. The catalog also lists red gold versions and the RMAS7 caliber of the original. Dealers identify the generation and material and check the strap and papers.
