About the collection
Souveraine is F.P. Journe's line of chronometers and complications that began with the Tourbillon Souverain of 1999. It includes the Chronomètre à Résonance, in which two balances running side by side tend to synchronise with each other, the Chronomètre Souverain, the Répétition Souveraine minute repeater and other complicated pieces.
Cases are in platinum, red gold and combinations, with calibers such as the 1304 and 1408 in the catalog. Because many models were made in small numbers and with several dial variants, dealers check the movement material, the dial and the certificate with care.
