About the Tradition family

The Tradition collection, launched in 2005, turns the watch inside out: the dial is cut away to show the bridges, barrel and escapement, in a layout inspired by Breguet's early souscription pocket watches. Cases are gold or platinum, with the brand's fluted case band and an off-centre dial for the hours and minutes.

The reference 7057 is the 40 mm hand-wound model with the caliber 507DR, while the 7097 is the automatic version with a retrograde seconds display and the caliber 505SR. Complicated versions add tourbillons and other functions. The exposed movement means buyers look closely at the finishing and for any dust or marks under the crystal.
