Voutilainen

Kari Voutilainen is a Finnish watchmaker who has worked independently in Môtiers, Switzerland, since 2002. He makes his own movements and, through his dial workshop, his own guilloché dials.

The catalog lists the Vingt-8, built on his own caliber with a double direct-impulse escapement, the Chronometer 27, the GMT-6, the V-8 and the Hisui, in platinum, gold, steel and titanium.

Output is around fifty watches a year, many configured for the client, so dealers check the dial, which is usually unique to the watch, and the papers.
