Otsuka Lotec

Otsuka Lotec is the small Tokyo workshop of Jiro Katayama, who builds unusual mechanical displays using restored machine tools. Its watches are sold in very small numbers, in Japan mostly by lottery.

The catalog lists the No.8, a steel automatic with a jumping hour, retrograde minutes and a running seconds disc in a square case, nominated in the Petite Aiguille category of the 2026 Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève.
