About Grönefeld
Grönefeld is the brand of the Dutch brothers Bart and Tim Grönefeld, watchmakers from Oldenzaal who trained in Switzerland, including at Renaud & Papi, before working under their own name. The years in their model names refer to their family's watchmaking history.
The catalog lists the 1941 Remontoire, which won the men's watch prize at the 2014 Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève, the 1941 Principia automatic, the Parallax Tourbillon, the 1896 One Hertz with dead-beat seconds, the Decennium Tourbillon, the 1944 Tanfana and the 1969 DeltaWorks, in steel, red gold, white gold and platinum.
Production is small, so dealers check the case number, dial and papers, and whether the watch has been serviced by the brothers' workshop.
