About the Laureato family

The Laureato first appeared in 1975, with an octagonal bezel on a round base and an integrated bracelet. Girard-Perregaux revived it as a limited edition in 2016 and as a full collection in 2017, and it is now the brand's main line.

It comes in 34, 38 and 42 mm, with Clous de Paris textured dials, as well as chronographs, skeleton models and the sportier Laureato Absolute in larger cases. Materials include steel, pink gold, ceramic and carbon, with the automatic GP01800 and GP03300 calibers. Steel models with the integrated bracelet are the most sought after; check the bracelet for stretch and the bezel edges for heavy polishing.
